Typical Accountabilities- Help develop and carry out programs tied to external and internal brand/TA communications plans; support cross‑functional initiatives with Corporate Affairs partners.- Draft, edit and format content for multiple channels and audiences (e.g., press releases, Q&A, holding statements, fact sheets, field messages, internal announcements, talking points, sales team communications).- Coordinate distribution through approved systems and channels; ensure deliverables are on time, on budget and to a high standard suitable for target audiences.- Collect and analyse feedback from external and internal sources to help measure effectiveness of communications; surface insights to improve future campaigns.- Support consistent sales messaging by helping develop integrated plans for assigned selling teams and maintaining a unified, on‑brand look and feel.- Ensure communications are on‑message and compliant with policies, regulatory guidelines and review processes.- Provide ad hoc support across multiple communications projects and media for diverse audiences; collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Affairs to ensure consistency and effectiveness.- Manage day‑to‑day interactions with agencies/vendors as needed and may have limited budget responsibility or influence.Qualifications and SkillsEssential: Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field; Experience working with PR agencies and other vendors; Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical communications; Familiarity with sales operations.Desirable: Some communications experience; Media relations and/or internal channel skills; Strong coordination, collaboration, organisation and multi‑tasking; Ability to understand and interpret scientific/medical information where required; Budget management exposure.Key Relationship to Reach SolutionsInternal: Corporate Affairs communications colleagues; Brand managers; Sales managers and field teams; Cross‑functional partners as needed.External: Public relations agencies and other communications service providers.
